Our main objective is to satisfy our Clients' needs and to fulfill all safety, regulatory and statutory requirements.

We will ensure that our service will always conform to the Clients' requirements and to encourage a "Zero Incident Culture" within our Company. In order to ensure a consistency in service excellence for all Clients, we have implemented the Quality Management System ISO 9001. Our staff are fully prepared and dedicated towards the improvement of the System and its effectiveness, so that our company objectives can always be achieved.

Our quality system demonstrates an evidence of management commitment, and we strive to achieve the following objectives to enhance the Clients' satisfaction.



Company Objectives

Administration Department

  Ensure rate of poor performance of Suppliers/ Subcontractors shall not exceed 5%.
  Ensure Clients' complaints shall be handled promptly and professionally; with corrective actions completed satisfactory within 1 month of each of the complaint is lodged.
  Ensure audit non-conformances shall be attended within 14 working days.
  Ensure no incident shall be recorded to encourage "Zero Incident Culture".
  Ensure at least 1 safety trainings shall be organized for staff.
  Ensure 80% of returned Customer Satisfaction Surveys shall be rated "3" or above.

Sales Department

  All the quotations and technical advices have to submit to Clients within the target date.
  Monitor all the subcontractors' works. Ensure that all the Clients' requirements are fulfilled and all services are delivered on time.

Engineering (Maintenance and Installation) Department

  Ensure that all work reports, relevant certificates and drawings shall be submitted to Clients within 14 working days after the completion of works.
  Ensure 95% of work orders shall be completed on time.
  Ensure that our staff shall attend all the emergency service calls within 1 or 2 hours, depends on Clients' requirements.

Project Department

  Ensure all the quotations have to be submitted on time.
  Ensure all the projects are completed on time, and conform with Clients' requirements.
  Ensure all the rectification works shall be carried out within 4 working days after the work orders have confirmed by Clients.
